We didn’t bring a car and walked everywhere – there are incredible walks in any direction you care to go, all of which are signposted. Sue has thought of everything, from a basket full of delicious local produce and homemade brownies, cosy blankets to snuggle up in, mini marshmallows for a hot choccie, to local maps to guide you on your way during your stay in Ilmington. The Lodge is a winner.”
